For many years, I’ve had a brother and sister who never really were attached to me. Being 20 years apart, I felt like an only child and would pretend I had an imaginary long-lost sister. Years later and a facebook page later, my mom sits me down… and SURPRISE! I learnt I had an older sister that she couldn’t raise years ago. She found Mom through Facebook. We’re meeting in Feburary and have gotten close since then. Life’s been looking up ever since. 

While at work tonight, a mom with 3 young kids was trying to get them out of the department. The boy, who was about 9 y.o., tried to wrangle his baby sister with this line: “You’re short, your belly button sticks out, and you’re a terrible burden on your poor mother!” “Ghostbusters II” from the mouths of babes, and IMMD.

I was sitting in the bathroom because I knew my brother had to go pee. He started chanting, "Mr. Gorbachev tear down this wall!" I could not stop laughing! IMMD

When my husband and I got married my little brother bought over his wedding gift… it is a glass case that says "in-case of zombies break glass" inside it toy six-shooters, an axe, a crowbar and walkie-talkies. My brother is awesome and IMMD

Yesterday I bought a useful little thing that not only cuts the crust off my sandwich, but it also makes it into two little dinosaurs. today I woke up at noon and came downstairs only to find my brother had set up an entire jungle of bologna and cheese dinos, complete with lettuce trees and little basil leaves in the dino’s mouths. My brother is 18. IMMD.

As we were exchanging gifts on Christmas day, my sister suddenly stood up, cheered and yelled “I got a snuggie that you wear backwards!” It was a bath robe. IMMD.

I mixed together lemonade and Dr. Pepper. My brother took one sip, then instantly declared that I was going to Hell. IMMD.
