My one year old nephew is super clingy to his parents and normally won't let me or anyone else touch him without crying. Today he not only wanted to be held by me but also wanted me to play with him. IMMD

My parents have always been there for me and as many other people as they could. They retired recently but instead of leaning back they work even harder for people. They decided to invest the little money they've got into Third World Projects and when I called today I interrupted them cutting off young shoots of yew to donate them for the making of cancer medicine.
I am happy to have such parents and they definitely MML and MMED.

I recently moved with my parents to a small town, leaving behind a great job I really loved. After two months of fruitless searching, I got three calls for interviews in one day! Before lunchtime, I'd been offered a job that pays even more than the one I'd left behind! IMMD!!

My parents, my brother, my sister and I all went to see the Winnie the Pooh movie. I'm in my late teens, my brother's in his mid teens and our sister is almost a teenager (and it was my idea to go). We enjoyed it more than anyone else in the theatre (mostly filled with young kids and their parents), laughed our heads off and my brother and I both agreed we enjoyed it more than Part 2 of the Deathly Hallows. IMMD!

My parents are very religious and not open to the idea of my non-Jewish girlfriend nor my atheism. It's been rough as they have been disconnecting from me, but hearing her say 'Yes' when I asked her to marry me helped me remember that it is my life to live, not someone else's vicariously. Being with someone who loves me for who I am rather than what I am MML.

I was visiting my parents over the weekend and I brought over a couple of my Wii games. I showed my 11 and 15 year old sisters how to play Goldeneye and we were having a lot of fun shooting each other. My parents walk in and my mom freaks out, because she doesn’t want her daughters playing shooting games I guess. My dad says, “Cool, I want to play!” He took one of my sisters’ controllers, shot me in the face, and laughed. IMMD.
