Walked into my English class to see that someone had written "the Chamber of Secrets" has been opened on the board. It's been over a week and it hasn't been erased yet. IMMD.

10 years ago I went to France as part of a school trip and got my little brother Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in French. He just got back from France himself and he got me The Chamber of Secrets, in French. IMMD!
Today, I came home to find my in laws watching Chamber of Secrets, from a box set of all the Harry Potter movies I own. They loved it. They're devout Southern Baptist and use to think it was the devils work, and tonight we spent 4 hours as a family talking about the stories. IMMD

I spent all day yesterday trying to get tickets to a midnight showing of Harry Potter tonight. Turns out every theater in my town is sold out. I resigned myself to waiting until tomorrow or later this weekend. My boyfriend called and told me he had a surprise for me. Turned out he had bought tickets last week and was waiting until today to tell me. IMMD!
Harry Potter always makes our day. Apparently, he makes a lot of yours too!

The kids I babysit were having a Harry Potter duel on the sidewalk this afternoon, with paintbrushes for wands, yelling spells at each other and laughing hysterically. Every person who walked by looked at them and grinned so big, IMMD watching the kids M other people's Ds!!

Today my uncles were making fun of me for loving Harry Potter. I got upset and felt like a nerd, but my dad sat me down and said when they were boys, the uncles made fun of him for reading the Lord of the Rings and called him a geek. My dad is a successful writer and columnist for a major newspaper, and my uncles are gardeners and assistants. Realizing that its ok to want to read a lot (and that it will get you far) totally MMD.
