Being extremely short on money this past Christmas, I made (knit) a lot of gifts. Today, I saw someone wearing the scarf that I had made her. When I commented on it, she said that it was her new favourite and she wore it everyday! IMMD!

My little brother was feeling bad about not giving any one anything for Christmas. So therefore, he wrapped all the small coins he could find in the house in toilet paper, well wrapped with tape, and it has to be said that the biggest coin he had found was a 50 øre [the lowest danish coin, the rest where outdated old coins no one uses any more] with a note on the present saying: “Get your self something nice.” TMMD!

I was returning from Boston Childrens Hospital with my son after a week long stay after his second open heart surgery. I was absolutely exhausted from the 2 hour drive back. Minutes after arriving home the guy I had starting dating about a month ago showed up at my door. He brought me one of my favorite foods, seaweed salad and a stuffed animal for my son. Without saying a word he just pulled me in for a huge hug. IMMD
