The fuel tank of my van sprung a leak. I talked to my mechanic and found out that I would have to get a whole new tank because they can’t patch a plastic tank. I searched online and found out that rubbing a little bit of Ivory soap will stop the leak. It’s been working for 2 week now, even with heavy rain.

My friend and I got locked out of his car, with his new camera in it. Not wanting to wait 45 minutes for a tow truck or leave the car alone, my friend ran into a dry-cleaners for one of their cheap wire hangers. We straightened it out, slipped it through the car door molding and unlocked it from the inside. We had an audience and a father asked us if we wouldn’t mind teaching his 5 year old son ‘how it’s done’.

The DVD player in my minivan stopped working. Dealership said it was broken had to be replaced at considerable expense. Went home and found the solution on the internet and one hour later the DVD player was working again. IMMD.

We were trying to hang the flat screen TV in our new house and we were having a hard time finding the studs. My husband went and got one of those little battery operated Stud Finders and proceeded to load up the batteries, turn it on, and hold it over his penis. It beeped compliantly to which he said, “Just confirming what I already knew.” IMMD!
