My cat likes to spy on the outside world; he’s an indoor cat. We recently found out he also likes to eat the outside world. Namely the snow that’s on our shoes when we come in. It’s made my day every day this winter. 

I live in Ipswich, Queensland Australia. I was lucky enough not to be in a flood affected area and so I have been volunteering in the clean up at some local shops. People are walking in off the street and picking up a broom and helping. The kindness and generosity of complete strangers MMLife! 

A few months back I had a early GSCE exam that I felt really unconfident about. The morning of the exam I got a signed photo from my hero with a note on the back saying Good Luck On Your Exam Elle! I got my results today and I aced it. Her kindness gave me so much confidence IMMLife 

My husband is deployed in Iraq; needless to say I’ve been having a rough time with his absence. A couple of days ago a delivery boy came to my door with a vase full of my favorite flowers. The note read “To the love of my life, you’re the one who makes me smile, no matter what.” I love my husband, I love my soldier. Knowing he’s thinking about me MMYear. 

Earlier today, while visiting a young girl at the hospital, I was outside standing in the courtyard, when a young nurse walked in with a grocery bag. He told me that there was a domestic rabbit that hung out there and he feeds him twice a day. And hopes one day to catch the rabbit so it can be inside once again. Watching the rabbit get excited to hear the guys voice then eat out of his hands MMD. 

The week my grandfather passed away we were going through his papers to find proof of his military service. In one of the boxes we found a letter addressed to me that he had written years ago and had stashed away. In it, he wrote of how much he loved me and how much I meant to him. I never knew he had written it and finding the letter comforted me and MMD. 

I work at a nursing home. I was helping this woman from her armchair into her wheelchair yesterday, & her cat was sitting on the back of the armchair. The whole time that I was helping the woman, I could feel her cat patting me in the back of the head as if to say “Good hooman, yoo take good care of mah mama.” IMMD!
