you mean the one about the [cock]roach smoking a [pot] roach?
Mexican hat song? oh, you mean the Jarabe Tapatío
It’s called “La Cucaracha,” “The Cockroach.”
The Mexican Hat Dance song and the Cucaracha song are two different tunes.
there’s and ice cream truck that goes by my house every day at 4:30 and it plays that song. ^^
the mercedes mariachi is in business!
Hope it sounded just as good after the 20th or 30th constant repitition. :-/ Reminds me of the jerk in the neighborhood that plays his bass at 1am…loud enough to make my chair vibrate–in the back of the house!
My neighbor’s truck horn plays “Vamos a la Playa”. He plays it when he’s about a block away and if his kids are in the yard you can hear them excitedly yelling, “Daddy’s coming! Daddy’s coming!”. IMMD every time.
My Dad has one of these horns… … installed on his John Deere ride-on mower. And yes, he uses it.
There used to be a jerk down the street who owned a car that honked out “Shave and a haircut – 2 bits” instead of a regular car alarm. It would go off every night at 1 AM when the bikers left the bar when it closed. One day, someone let down all his tires and left a note saying “do something about your alarm or I bring a sledgehammer next time.” He didn’t, and they did.
don’t you mean 3 in the morning?
So glad I’m not the only one who was bothered by that. I feel like such a killjoy!
