I stopped to get gas on my way to work this morning, and I heard a voice come through the loud speaker. It said, "Good morning pump number 5, you’re looking fabulous this morning!" I looked up and wouldn’t ya know it? I was at pump 5. IMMD

My boss Kelly doesn’t have a cell phone, and she said she was borrowing Gene’s phone for the day. When I programmed the number in my cell, I unwittingly listed it as Gene/Kelly. IMMD

Flipping through tv channels the phrase "The Virgin family has yet to score!" caught my attention. It was an episode of Family Feud and the host got to repeat the phrase twice more before the end of the show. IMMD

My husband and I were going through the border crossing to Canada after dropping my parents off at the airport in New York. After asking all the usual questions, the border-crossing guard had one more: "Would you happen to know the capitol of Washington? It’s 7-letters across, and I’m pretty sure it’s not Seattle…" IMMD

I was leaving the local supermarket when I saw some guy waiting with his groceries to be picked up. As his wife drove up, he pulled up his shorts and flashed some leg like a "woman of the night." IMMD

I have a 65 mile commute to work along I-15 through Utah, obviously a very conservative and religious state. A few weeks back, I noticed a woman driving next to me with a Science "fish" (a version of the Darwin fish), a Flying Spaghetti Monster "fish," and the bumper sticker "Honk if you understand punctuated equilibrium." IMMD!
