On my paper in class the other day, I wrote "OBJECTION!" next to the justice part. When it got handed back to me today, my teacher had written in red ink "Overruled!" IMMD

HOLD IT! What kind of a Phoenix Wright fan can’t even spell the name?

  2. KZN02 says:

    OBJECTION! That was objectionable …

  3. taco cat says:

Uh, are you sure it wasn’t just a regular court reference, rather than a Phoenix Wright one? I think that particular exchange happens in a lot of, you know, trials.

    Also, you misspelled Phoenix.

    • I hate tacos says:

Yea but the poster meant it as a Phoenix Wright reference so no matter what’s the teachers response it’s still a Phoenix Wright reference from the poster.

  4. Boo says:

    More like CommonLegalTermsFTW.

  5. Sonictoast says:

    TAKE THIS…piece of paper

  6. Kaitie says:

It would have been more epic if the response had been “HOLD IT!” or “TAKE THAT!”

  7. Mel says:

Don’t know much about American courts, but in Takumi’s dairies about making the original Japanese version, they went to see a real court and no one ever yelled Objection.

Or maybe that’s only polite Japanese people…

  8. herefornoreason says:

What? :( The only reason I wished to be a lawyer was because I believed they did get to yell ‘OBJECTION!’ and point at eachother! *sadly goes back to videogame* TAKE THAT EDGEWORTH!

  9. Jackal says:

I used to wanna be a Lawyer because of AA but now I’m applying to the Police Academy. I hope Edgeworth doesn’t dock my pay so I have to live off nothing but ramen.
