We live in the country and often find different creatures have made there way into our house. Last night was the oddest creature of all. I huge ball of fluff made its way across the living room limping or crawling or jumping. At first we thought it was an ill mouse but on closer inspection we discovered it was a tiny frog covered in hair from my dog. It Made Our Night

Beware of drog.
This same thing actually happened to me and my boyfriend a year or so ago…tiny little frog got in and instantly became totally coated in sheddings from our long-haired cat. Sadly, after washing it off we had to put it back in the cold out-doors, ’cause with two cats in the house it would have been devoured in a trice, but it was the tiniest, most adorable froggie ever.
Some how frogs keep getting in my basement… I worry about them not having enough to eat, or the cats getting them.
Before winter is over I alwayes have two or three living in an aquarium waiting for the ponds to thaw in the spring. ^^
When people ask about my pets I mention the frogs too, “but they are just boarding with us through the winter.”
You guys should probably vacuum more…
We have a dog that sheds when stressed. So you can vaccume and turn around to find more fur. But frogs in your living space is actually a great sign of a healthy environment. Frogs are the first things to die in unhealthy environments.
Tribbles! Tribbles everywhere!
LOL this happened to me too once. I was having a dinner party and I have a friend who was notorious for standing on the front porch with my door open. In hopped a little tree frog and we all chased around the room after the poor thing trying to get it before my dogs could play with him. By the time we fished him from under the sofa he was absolutely coated in dog hair! Poor little guy.
You should have kissed it. It might have turned into a hippie.
I think they deliberately didn’t kiss it because they knew it would turn into a hippie.
fear the tribble
This is exactly why I ain’t a country girl.
The Deadly Mexican Scaring Frog from Southern Sri Lanka. It’s very scary and dangerous.

Nifty and gross at the same time.
At least it wasn’t an Antwerp.
Haha all I was thinking right up until the end was
“OH MY GOD TRIBBLES!”
