This was actually on one of my finals: Test question: What is the difference between Serif and Sans Serif? One of the answer options: Serif is like a policeman. Sans Serif is like a policeman on a beach. IMMD

      Law. No, I think it’s typography.

      Some kind of journalism probably, we had similarly silly response choices in yearbook, and we covered serifs too. Schools require objective exams for every subject. (It got ridiculous in ceramics)

      I’d guess typography or design. I had to cover a lot of typography basics in my web design classes… though they never had exams.

    This kind of reminds me of my driving permit test. There was a question that said “What does it mean if there is a person wearing sunglasses and using a walking stick?” and one of the answers was “This person is elderly or too disabled to walk without a cane.”
