I blocked off an area of an underground garage with cones and yellow tape. Somebody moved them and parked a BMW there. I had blocked it off because of a sewer leak from the store above. Yep, right on his hood! IMMD

Something tells me that if they were the type of person who feels so self important that they move cones so they can park somewhere, not only will they try it again, they will try to sue for damages. Someone’s head will roll for this!

Are you from the area? The garage where I saw it was under the building on the corner of 7 and International Drive next to the Silver Diner–I use the gym on the 2nd floor of that building. Small world!
