Today, I was sitting in class and I fell asleep during the lesson. I was wearing sweatpants and had an erection. My teacher came up to me and grabbed my penis. She thought it was my phone. IMMD
Am i the only one curious as to why a teacher was attempting to take a phone from someone’s pocket?
a lot of high schools have rules against cell phones… like at my school if they see it they confiscate it for 10 weeks.
Yet it clearly wasn’t SEEN in this case. I have issue with the teacher touching the student to take it, not a general attempted confiscation.
If he couldn’t sue before…

I mean a) it was stolen from fml, and b) at least the fml made sense cause the teacher thought the kid was texting, the kid wasnt sleeping. most schools dont have rules against kids having a phone in school, it’s USING a phone in school cause kids need them AFTER school. theres no way this happened

Someone is going to get sued. Shit if a teacher did that to me even if it was just my phone I would sue the hell out of that school. You can confiscate a phone if you see one but touching a student in any way just to take a phone. Well that is not only illegal search and seizure but could be counted as assault.
That doesn’t make sense. They’re asleep so that’s when the teacher takes the phone. Doesn’t try to wake the student up because they’re sleeping in class. Or to tell them to give them their phone. Just grab. Sounds a little made up.
I’m going to suspect my teacher has a gun in her blouse because her chest is so big and “attempt” to confiscate that.

Wow…teachers never learn do they lol. Why not just wake the kid, ask for the phone, and when he admits its a woody…send him to the principle to explain A. why he has a phone, and B. why he was having hard on dreams in class
