Today is my first day of college. All of my roommates have 8 AM classes, but my first class isn’t until early afternoon. When they all had to get up at 6:30, I got to sleep in. IMMD.

I made it a policy to never take any classes before the crack of noon. Being a long-standing night person, I always found it an insult when the only time a given class was scheduled was at 0-dark-thirty (shortly after bed time).
(oh, and if this appears trite, I simply used it as an opportunity to “pwn” any of those idiots that have the obsessive requirement to post “first” for no good reason than to give themselves some sort of of high)
We have college classes since 7, September. I hate you.
(no, not seriously)
Congratulations, you can create a schedule full of slacker classes that don’t start until afternoon. Now good luck on finding that job that doesn’t start until 2pm when you graduate with your Communications degree…slacker!
Most of my archaeology classes were in the afternoon because we all got up and did lab work or such before class. You know, productive stuff. That gets you a job. I’m just saying.
Also, I took a few astronomy classes that were all in the afternoon because you had to be up at night to do some of the, you know, astronomy.
So don’t judge.
Seriously?! I’ve been in school since August 21!!! I happen to be one of those people that have class at 8 am but only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
English is like that. I swear even if I wanted to I couldn’t find a class earlier than 3pm. English profs must like to sleep in too. Ginger, chill out willya? Most people don’t pick majors based on class times and time of day has nothing to do with difficulty.
good luck finding a job that uses that… it’s almost as rare as one that’s worth having with Biology :p
I do mine by correspondance its great I can pick when I want to do it ,for how long, no lectures.
First!
But by the time you finish classes at the end of the day, those same friends will be on their third beer.
You’ll get early classes as well, and that’ll MMD!
Somebody went to the first possible orientation sessions, didn’t they…
